                                 Ref:- Extension of MACP scheme to the Staff Car Drivers of Central
                                       Government Order No. G.I., Dept. of Per.& Trg.,                                      
                                       O.M. No. 35011/03/2008-Estt. (D) dated 30.07.2010.
            
                 We beg to lay down the following few lines for favour of your kind perusal and sympathetic consideration and favourable action please.                                                                                                        

               Drivers in our Department are eligible to get MACP vide Department’s O.M. No. 35034/3/2008-Estt. (D), dated the 19.05.2009. (Copy enclosed for ready reference).  But many  Circles and divisions  have not implemented the MACP scheme to our eligible MMS Driver and Inspection vehicle drivers.  Due to the non implementation  of MACP scheme, our drivers could not be able to get the financial up gradation under MACP scheme.

              Hence it is requested kindly to instruct the Circle Heads to implement the MACP scheme to our drivers without any delay.
