Time limit for submission of Memorandum may please be extended up to 31st of July 2014

The Secretary, National Council (Staff Side) has requested to extend the time limit for submission of memorandum by the Federations / Associations   upto 31st of July, 2014:-

Sub:- Submission of Memorandum by the Federations of Central Government Employees

Respected Madam,

Kindly refer to my discussion with you and the Chairman of 7th CPC with regard to extension of the time limit for submission of memorandum by the Federations of Central Government Employees. 

In this regard I wish to submit that while the Memorandum on behalf of the Staff Side of the National Council (JCM) would be forwarded before 30th June 2014, it may not be possible for the Federations / Associations to forward the Memorandum before 30th June 2014 since they have to consult their constituent organizations.

It is therefore requested that the time limit for submission of Memorandum by the Federations / Associations may please be extended up to 31st of July 2014.
